Enhancing Safety Intelligence: Latest SEEN Insight Updates Strengthen Privacy and Authentication

SEEN Insight continues to evolve, with two important enhancements now live to improve security, privacy, and ease of use. These developments reflect our commitment to providing powerful safety technology that integrates seamlessly into modern corporate environments while supporting responsible data practices.

Single Sign-On

Single Sign-On (SSO) is now available, allowing organizations to connect SEEN Insight to their existing identity provider.

Users can access the platform using their established organizational credentials, creating a simpler, more familiar login experience. This can reduce password fatigue and support requests while helping organizations apply consistent access policies. SSO centralizes authentication, enabling security measures such as multi-factor authentication (MFA) to be applied consistently. Depending on the identity-provider integration, SSO can also make user onboarding and offboarding more efficient. For example, when an employee leaves an organization and their corporate account is deactivated, their access to SEEN Insight can also be revoked, reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

Intelligent Face-Blurring

We have also introduced an optional face-blurring setting for detection images uploaded to SEEN Insight.

When enabled, the feature automatically detects and blurs faces, helping protect the privacy of people appearing in images and reducing unnecessary exposure of identifiable information. Customers can manage visual data in line with their privacy policies and applicable local regulations without sacrificing valuable field intelligence.

The feature is designed to balance privacy with operational utility. While faces are obscured, important context—such as body position, proximity to machinery, and the surrounding environment—is retained. Safety teams can still accurately review events, assess conditions, and identify risks while reducing the likelihood that individuals can be personally identified.

Scaling Safety and Privacy

Together, these enhancements provide a more convenient user experience, more consistent access management, and greater control over visual-data privacy. By reducing administrative overhead and strengthening data protection, we are making it easier for safety leaders to scale their operations globally.

These enterprise-ready capabilities help customers use their data responsibly and confidently. As SEEN Insight continues to evolve, we remain focused on developing technology that helps every worker get home safely while respecting the digital privacy of the modern workforce.
